Everybody knows the importance of health and fitness in our day and
age, but far not every person understands why exactly now it became a
burning issue, and for what reason it is impossible to lose weight
eating only nonfat, no sugar, low calorie "food". The biggest problem
is that the most that the majority of folks do is snatching at the
external bits and pieces of the how to be healthy dilemma, and never
actually get educated (yes, the word is "educated", as in studying,
understanding and applying the new material) about the issue. Lots of
folks would even have the hard time rationalizing what is more
important health for fitness or fitness for health. So, for the sakes
of shedding some light onto fitness health nutrition and
lifestyle… sit back, relax, and prepare to go back in time,
the time when a human body's metabolism has just started to shape up.
So the year very very far back in time. There are no office buildings,
no cars, no roads, no fast food joints, no superstores, and not even a
single place where a person can come in and obtain more or less ready
to eat food. If you look around you'll see trees, bushes, an occasional
animal running around, and if you are lucky (okay, we'll just be lucky)
there is a reservoir with some water and fish. This is the fullest
extent of the menu for the human beings of that time. And here is there
weekly schedule regardless the season: walk around gathering some
fruits and veggies for an extensive amount of time, sipping on some
yesterdays dew, then run for an hour or so throwing heavy things
(that's the equivalent of health fitness equipment for the man of the
post-dinosaurs era) until you get that mammoth or something alike, or
get in the pond and chase around that fish, also for a good chunk of
time. So if you convert it into the modern health and fitness clubs
terms it is two days worth of working out. Only the modern Joe will
have an easy access to limitless food sources in a matter of fifteen
minutes after the practice, where the homo habilis would have to devote
another hour to start up the fire so the tribe can eat some hot food,
which by the way was cooked without additional fat, salt, or sugar. A
modern man, who got used to fitness health spa and 24 service pizza
delivery, would not survive in that environment, but our ancestors did.
Why or how? A man of those times got used to the routine - walk, run,
swim and then eat and if there is nothing to eat shut down the fat
release into calorie energy.
So here are all your answers. Ideally speaking you are not suppose to
eat unless you worked out, and you cannot deprive yourself from food
because on the genetic level your body will get scared that there is no
food and just would turn off what we call metabolism. So health and
fitness clubs are for you to "procure" food and try to eat only the
things that are grown, but not processed.
One more detail should be addressed here - women health and fitness. We
know it is different from the men's but why. Well, the answer is also
quite simple. If men use to ran, while throwing heavy things, eating a
good chunk of meat afterwards, women use to walk around a lot gathering
berries, fruits, and vegetables, constantly snacking on whatever they
were lucky to through in their string bags. Ladies - enjoy you walks
and fruit smoothies, it only is going to make you healthy and
beautiful. Just do not add sugar or anything that would not exist in
the year far far back then. |
